Free Nationwide Delivery

We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders using our Regular Shipping method.

Same-Day Shipping (Dhaka City):

Orders placed before 10:00 AM are eligible for same-day shipment. Any applicable charges for expedited shipping services will be displayed during checkout. While we strive to ship eligible orders on the same day, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will notify customers and reschedule the shipment accordingly.

Delivery Timeframes:

Dhaka: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are generally delivered on the next business day, although delivery may take up to 48 hours in some cases. Orders placed after 5:00 PM may take up to 48 hours for delivery.

Outside Dhaka: For orders placed before 5:00 PM, delivery is typically completed within 48 hours in major cities and within 72 hours in remote areas. For orders placed after 5:00 PM, delivery is typically completed within 72 hours in major cities and within 96 hours in remote areas.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Scheduling:

Once your parcel reaches the local delivery hub, our courier or logistics partner may contact you to confirm a suitable delivery time. Customers are requested to remain reachable on the phone number provided during checkout to help avoid delivery delays.

Order Cancellation After Shipment:

Customers may cancel an order before it has been handed over to the courier without any cancellation charge.

If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched or handed over to the courier, the customer may be required to pay the applicable shipping and return shipping charges.

However, if the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the product description, no shipping or return charges will apply.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery:

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery to ensure that the package is intact, the product matches the order placed, the quantity and packaging are correct, and there is no visible damage.

Customers may not open, consume, taste, use, or otherwise alter the product before completing payment to the delivery agent, unless such inspection is expressly permitted by the courier or required by applicable law.

Jamborain's Rights:

Jamborain reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, refuse, delay, or cancel any shipping method, delivery commitment, promotional shipping offer, or order when deemed necessary for operational, security, compliance, or business reasons.
